Protect Your Order

Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase Shipping Insurance at checkout.

By declining Shipping Insurance, the customer acknowledges and agrees that Brushbeater Store Inc. is not responsible for any package that is lost, stolen, damaged, misdelivered, delayed, or otherwise undeliverable once it has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Uninsured Packages

If Shipping Insurance is not purchased, Brushbeater Store Inc. assumes no liability for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Damaged packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Misdelivered shipments
  • Delivery issues resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Any issues occurring before or after delivery confirmation

Insured Packages

Customers who purchase Shipping Insurance may be eligible to file a claim for covered losses, subject to the insurance provider’s terms, conditions, and claim requirements.

Transfer of Responsibility

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

Customers who decline Shipping Insurance understand and agree that Brushbeater Store Inc. cannot guarantee reimbursement, replacement, or refund for packages that are:

  • Lost
  • Stolen
  • Damaged
  • Delayed
  • Misdelivered by the carrier

Customer Acknowledgement

By completing a purchase without Shipping Insurance, the customer accepts full responsibility for any loss, theft, damage, delay, or delivery issue that may occur during or after shipment.

Shipping Insurance is available at checkout and is recommended for all orders.
