All training course enrollments are non-refundable. All equipment sales are subject to warranty service provided by the original manufacturer. All sales on books and logo items are final. Returns on equipment under warranty listed below will be handled through the respective manufacturer at the point of contact listed. Brushbeater Store is not responsible for any warranty claim or service. Returns on equipment not listed under warranty below will be handled within 14 days with the customer paying the return shipping and subject to a 50% restock fee.

Warranty Information

CERTIFICATE OF WARRANTY
AGM Global Vision, LLC provides an original equipment Warranty on all night vision devices, thermal imagers, digital day & night optics, laser emitting products, and advanced electro-optical systems made by AGM Global Vision. The Warranty covers design flaws, materials failure, and workmanship issues as outlined in detail below:

384 – 640 Resolution Thermal Devices:
AGM provides a 5-year transferable warranty on all 384 and 640 resolution thermal devices against manufacturing defects or breakage associated with the intended normal use of the product. At the company’s sole discretion, we will replace or repair our products as previously stated. AGM does not assume any other additional express or implied warranties.
The warranty policy does not apply, as stated, to modified, abused, neglected, or misused products outside the scope of their intended use. AGM does not warrant or accept damages associated with normal wear, intentional damage, operator error, host weapons, ammunition, theft, loss, or any other cause or event not specifically stated herein. The 5-year warranty for 640 and 384 resolution devices is retroactive to all units purchased AFTER January 1, 2023. All units in the same sensor configuration purchased before that time have a 3-year warranty which was previously in effect.

160 – 256 Resolution Thermal Devices:
AGM provides a 3-year transferable warranty on all 160 and 256 resolution thermal devices against manufacturing defects or breakage associated with the intended normal use of the product. At the company’s sole discretion, we will replace or repair our products as previously stated. AGM does not assume any other additional express or implied warranties.

Night Vision & Digital Devices:
AGM provides a 3-year transferable warranty on all night vision & digital night/day optics against manufacturing defects or breakage associated with the intended normal use of the product. At the company’s sole discretion, we will replace or repair our products as previously stated. AGM does not assume any other additional express or implied warranties.
The warranty policy does not apply, as stated, to modified, abused, neglected, or misused products outside the scope of their intended use. AGM does not warrant or accept damages associated with normal wear, intentional damage, operator error, host weapons, ammunition, theft, loss, or any other cause or event not specifically stated herein.

OEM Limited Warranty:
This product is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. In the event that a defect covered by the below warranty occurs during the applicable period stated above, AGM Global Vision, at its discretion, will either repair or replace the product; such action on the part of AGM Global Vision shall be the full extent of AGM Global Vision liability, and the Customer’s sole and exclusive reparation. This warranty does not cover a product if it has (a) been used in ways other than its normal and customary manner; (b) subjected to misuse; (c) subjected to alterations, modifications or repairs by the Customer of by any party other than AGM Global Vision without prior written consent of AGM Global Vision; (d) special order or “close- out” merchandise or merchandise sold “as-is” by either AGM Global Vision or the AGM Global Vision dealer; or (e) merchandise that has been discontinued by the manufacturer and either parts or replacement units are not available due to reasons beyond the control of AGM Global Vision. AGM Global Vision shall not be responsible for any defects or damage that in AGM Global Vision view are a result from the mishandling, abuse, misuse, improper storage or improper operation of the device, including use in conjunction with equipment that is electrically or mechanically incompatible with, or of inferior quality to, the product, as well as failure to maintain the environmental conditions specified by the manufacturer. CUSTOMER IS HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT OPERATION OF THE EQUIPMENT DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS OR UNDER ANY EXCESSIVE LIGHT CONDITIONS MAY PERMANENTLY DAMAGE THE INTERNAL COMPONENTS OF THE UNIT AND SAID DAMAGE WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. Any breach of this warranty shall be enforced unless the Customer notifies AGM Global Vision at the address noted below within the applicable warranty period. The Customer understands and agrees that except for the foregoing warranty, no other warranties written or oral, statutory, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, shall apply to the product. All such implied warranties are hereby and expressly disclaimed.

Limitation of Liability:
AGM Global Vision will not be liable for any claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages or liabilities arising out of the use of this product. Operation and use of the product are the sole responsibility of the Customer. AGM Global Vision sole undertaking is limited to providing the products and services outlined herein in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The provision of products sold and services performed by AGM Global Vision to the Customer shall not be interpreted, construed, or regarded, either expressly or implied, as being for the benefit of or creating any obligation toward any third party of legal entity outside AGM Global Vision and the Customer; AGM Global Vision obligations under this Agreement extend solely to the Customer. AGM Global Vision liability hereunder for damages, regardless of the form or action, shall not exceed the fees or other charges paid to AGM Global Vision by the Customer or customer’s dealer. AGM Global Vision shall not, in any event, be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, lost income, lost revenue, or lost profit, whether such damages were foreseeable or not at the time of purchase, and whether or not such damages arise out of a breach of warranty, a breach of agreement, negligence, strict liability or any other theory of liability.

US Night Vision:

Limited Liability Warranty (US Night Vision Products)

US Night Vision warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the duration of the warranty period. If the product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, US Night Vision Corporation will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge.

The warranty period varies by product and manufacturer. Please contact your sales representative for details. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

The warranty does not cover any product in which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed. Damage, deterioration or malfunction of any product or image intensifier resulting from accident, misuse, exposure to bright light sources, exposure to sunlight, neglect, modification of the product, acts of nature, act of god, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product will result in the immediate void of the warranty. This warranty will be also voided if any product has been disassembled in any way.

Return Policy

Pileup AB’s return policy is 14 days. Pileup AB shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund your payment for the product and/or service as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned or you informing us of wanting to return a service.

The return period is counted from the day you received the purchased product, or a significant part of the product. If you have purchased a customized product or a product with a significant personal customisation, the return period is counted from the day Pileup AB have informed you about the product. To initiate a return you must clearly state that you regret your purchase in a message to Pileup AB.

You do not qualify for our return policy if:

  • The service you have bought was commenced with your consent during the return period.
  • Due to the physical nature of the service, it is not returnable.
  • The seal of authentication of the product has been broken/opened.

When returning a product/service:

  • You are obliged to keep the product/service in the same condition as when delivered. You must not have used the product/service. If damage or harm is caused to a product while investigated the product does not qualify for the return policy.
  • Pileup AB should be contacted before any item is returned.
  • In all cases the buyer pays for return shipping of the product. Pileup AB cover shipping of replacement products and/or services.

Warranty

Pileup AB provide warranty for 2 years or equivalent to that Pileup AB receive from Pileup AB’s suppliers or manufacturers. The product warranty covers only original manufacturing errors, i.e. errors that were on delivery. Contact Pileup AB or the individual supplier or  manufacturer to obtain exact warranty terms. Warranty is limited to the original owner as stated on the receipt or invoice.

Please note that final transistors and/or tubes in transceivers and amplifiers and rechargeable batteries are not covered by warranty. There will be no other warranty provided by Pileup AB, unless expressly agreed in writing.

Pileup AB should be contacted with a written warranty claim before any item is retuned for warranty repair. This warranty claim should include a detailed description of the problem together with proof of purchase and name, shipping address and email address. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item to Pileup AB or its supplier or manufacturer who then will return the repaired or replaced item on its expense.

Privacy Policy

When ordering a product/service you will be asked to fill in you personal information including your name, address, email address, phone number etc. Upon purchase you agree to this information is stored in accordance with Pileup AB’s privacy policy in order to fulfill our agreement to you as our customer. Force Majeure

Pileup AB (Pileupdx.com) is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.

30-DAY MONEY-BACK SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

From the moment you receive your Swampfox product, you have a full 30 days to inspect it and make sure you are happy with it prior to putting it through extensive use. If you’re not entirely satisfied with the quality or features within this period, and are having some buyer’s remorse, we welcome your return for a full refund or an exchange for a product of equal value. For example, if you are to purchase an optic with auto brightness and decide you would prefer manual brightness, you have the 30-day window to make this exchange. Any returns or exchanges beyond this window apply strictly to defective products. If you purchase your optic from an alternative seller, we will not be able to provide a direct refund, but can provide an exchange for a product of equal value or provide a credit for use on our website, so long as the proof of purchase is provided.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

Your Swampfox product carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and material flaws, covering structural housing and glass- everything but the illumination/electronic system. If it suffers damage under normal use that hampers its performance, we commit to repair or replace it.

ELECTRONIC/ILLUMINATION SYSTEM WARRANTY LIMITATION

The illumination/electronic system of your Swampfox product is warrantied for 10 years from the manufacturing date. We track this using the provided serial number. Printed circuit boards, LED’s, and consumer electronics are simply not designed to last a lifetime—hence, this aspect of the warranty lasts for ten years.

NO REGISTRATION FOR WARRANTY NECESSARY

To make things easy and convenient for you, no warranty registration is necessary. We only require the serial number listed on the optic and your order number, or your proof of purchase from the third party seller you purchased from.

PRODUCT SUBSTITUTIONS

Should your returned product be out of production, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar product of equal value.

PRODUCT TRADE INS

Product trade-ins from older to newer generations are not permitted unless there is an official recall of the older generation product. If you are outside your 30-day window of purchasing a product, we will not be able to exchange it for a newer item. If your original generation product is proven to be defective, we will exchange it for the same item, If that product is no longer available we will provide a credit for you to purchase any alternate item you wish.

SHIPPING RETURNS

We will provide a shipping label for any RMA return product within 60 days of purchase. For RMA returns outside of the 60 days, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to Swampfox. Swampfox will cover all shipping of the exchanged item from Swampfox back to you within 1 year of purchase. After 1 year of purchase, you will also be responsible for all shipping costs for the exchange item back to you.

If you did not purchase your product directly from Swampfox, you will be responsible for shipping costs for RMA return unit and the replacement item sent back to you.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

Please note, our warranty doesn’t cover intentional or cosmetic damage, or loss or theft. Normal wear and tear are also not covered unless it affects functionality and inhibits further use of the product.

WARRANTY VOID

Your warranty will be voided if any modifications or maintenance are carried out by individuals or entities outside of Swampfox. Please reach out to our support team immediately if you suspect any issues with your Swampfox product. Be aware that any potential defect caused by aftermarket finishing will also void your warranty.

INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY CLAIMS

For warranty claims outside the United States, please contact the authorized dealer you originally purchased from for their specific process. Shipping charges may apply.

USE-BASED WARRANTY TERMS

Our warranty policy is designed for consumer use, with US Law Enforcement and Military applications covered for a 5-year warranty period, unless individual contract terms specify otherwise. International Law Enforcement and Military warranty information is based solely on individual contract terms.

AUTHORIZED SELLERS AND COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS

Always make sure you’re purchasing from an authorized Swampfox seller to ensure proper service and quality of our products. If you’re unsure, our support team is here to confirm seller legitimacy before you make your purchase. We are actively working to remove unauthorized sellers and advise caution when buying products from them. Counterfeit Swampfox products are not covered by the warranty. If you received a counterfeit product from an unauthorized seller, you would need to return that product to the direct seller.

Looking for Warranty information –
LUCID OPTICS takes quality control and customer service VERY seriously. We do not see a lot of issues with our products, but things happen. From time to time we need to address an issue. In this process, we will do everything possible to make the situation right and fair for all involved. Our customers are our top priority.

Our LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY is a guarantee that LUCID OPTICS branded items will be free from manufacturer defects and will hold up to normal wear and tear. Please note that this is not a license to abuse our products and then ask for a refund. Also, please be sure that ALL other potential sources of any issue are explored before making a warranty claim. This simply saves everyone time and effort.

Bottom line, if there is truly a problem with the item, LUCID OPTICS will make every effort to make the situation right. As for the non-LUCID OPTICS branded items we may carry, they will be subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty.

ALL warranty issues need to be handled by LUCID OPTICS directly with the
customer. Please don’t take a LUCID OPTICS item back to the dealer to resolve, as they will have very limited resources and abilities to assist you in getting the issue resolved. Please bring the issue to our attention directly.
