The NEW AGM Rattler-C V2 35-384 thermal clip-on boasts a industry-leading 12 micron, high-sensitivity sub-20mk thermal detectors. These physical attributes provide users with some of the best image quality AGM has produced to date with potential detection ranges up to 1800 yards. The Rattler-C V2 thermal clip-ons provide clear image under harsh environment conditions like darkness, fog, smoke, dust, rain, snow, wood, camouflage, etc.
The Rattler-C V2 clip-on can easily be attached in front of day scopes to quickly convert a day optic into a thermal imaging device without any special tools or equipment required. Powered replaceable and rechargeable Li-ion battery the AGM Rattler-C V2 35-384 provide up to 11 hours of continuous battery life on a single charge (2 batteries included). An external 5V power bank (battery pack) can be easily connected via a USB-C connector for a significant increase of operating time. Onboard Wi-Fi module is also available for live video streaming and video/images recording via mobile application.

This is my first foray into thermal. I am pleased so far. The unit is simple to operate, appears to be adequate, from at least what I can tell in my suburban area. Heading to the high country tomorrow, should give me a better idea of the units capabilities.

I had Gen 3+ white phosphorous NODS so am familiar with quality equipment. This device is superb for the price. W/B or B/W or color! Good resolution, great quality housing and controls. Upgrade devices provide greater field of view and resolution. I will be upgrading. And they include two batteries.

GREAT THERMAL FOR THE PRICE!
I have a couple thermals. They are higher end and work perfectly. For under $1000, you won’t beat this thermal optic. It suits my needs, great refresh rate at 50hz, clip on versatility, can EASILY make out thermal targets at longer distances. I only wish that AGM made a “flip to side” QD mount for this model. They don’t. That being said, they do include a QD mount with your optic, and it works pretty well. Not a flip to side, but for $895…..I can take an extra second to remove and stow it. Thanks BSI!

Nice thermal
I’ve not had a chance to do any shooting with it yet, but have gone through menus, set up app, and used it in the yard as a monocular and inside attached to a pic rail. I worried I’d kick myself for not holding out for the 684 despite a reply to request for info from BSI saying the 384 should be great for my stated needs, but I’m feeling great about it now that it’s in my hands. I also wasn’t sure if it would have multiple profiles so I could easily move between platforms, and glad to see it does. It also shipped quickly. I’d definitely buy it again, and expect to do business with BSI again!
