Nothing hurts more than a pile of connectors and adapter stacks three deep to go from X connection to Y connection.
I can verify these fit the UV-5R and DM32 radios. If you want to slip a rubber o ring "under the hood", the "F0106" 8 x 2mm nitrile o ring in the harbor freight metric o ring kits works for both above radios.
Quick tip (if you are using an o ring) - Use your antenna to get the snug fit on the DM32 - it sits down in the well so get the adapter somewhat snug, then affix the antenna and use it to tighten a little bit more.

Well they were the wrong adapters for my radio, but they look good and feel like they could probably handle some rough treatment.
