The Dead Air Wolverine PBS-1 is a suppressor designed specifically for AK-pattern and other Combloc firearms. Developed to address the unique characteristics of Kalashnikov rifles, it is compatible with a wide range of factory-threaded AK platforms without requiring extensive modifications or tuning.
The Wolverine combines traditional Combloc-inspired aesthetics with modern materials and construction. Its design focuses on balancing sound reduction, durability, and reliability while minimizing backpressure.
Built for demanding use, the Wolverine is suitable for a variety of AK configurations, including short-barreled rifles and full-auto capable platforms. The mounting system utilizes the rifle’s existing front sight block retention pin to help resist loosening during extended firing schedules. A range of available mounts also allows the suppressor to be configured for direct-thread applications on many other rifle platforms.
Like the Dead Air Sandman series, the Wolverine features a removable front cap. This design allows for easy replacement of the front cap if damaged and simplifies maintenance. The front cap is interchangeable with Sandman-series front caps.
Designed around the needs of AK owners, the Dead Air Wolverine PBS-1 offers a purpose-built suppressor solution for Kalashnikov and Combloc-pattern rifles.
