Filling and wholesome, this #10 Can contains 64 servings of our tasty powdered eggs. 

Delicious in any baking or cooking recipe –  omelets, cakes, cookies, pancakes, muffins, french toast and so much more! 

Preparation Instructions:

1. Open can and discard oxygen absorber.

2. For one egg equivalent, mix 2 1/2 TBSP whole egg powder and 2 1/2 TBSP of warm water.

3. Cook as desired.

If using with other dry ingredients reconstituting is not necessary.  Simply add to other dry ingredients and increase the liquids by the required amount.
