    You need this class

You need to be proficient in NVIS communications for the same reason you need to be proficient with a pistol in addition to your carbine. The VHF/UHF has a great use case. NVIS in the HF bands is just as vital but plays a different role. Having played with NVIS on my own for a while then going and taking this class with Historian I can say without reservation. Don’t expect to roll out an antenna the day you need it and expect to send and receive safely. Historians class will shorten your learning curve. The antenna building is a huge bonus to the class. Expect to leave with a very capable NVIS antenna capable of 80-60-40 meters use with an SWR <1.5.

    Take this class.
