The battery tightens with a screw-down. When installing it make sure you losen the screw then tighten it. Failure to do so will fail to seat the battery securely.

    Review before receiving product?

    What kind of company ask for a review on a product I haven’t received? I ordered on July 28th knowing it was going to be delayed, but it’s august 12th and still don’t even have a tracking number, almost 20 days after ordering. At the time of purchase the website stated 10 day wait on orders after the 23rd of July. I bought from this company because they had a sale and wouldn’t mind waiting a few extra days but looking at 15 days without a possible ship date in site is frustrating, I will never fall for that trap again, I will just pay full price on Amazon and get my product in a couple days

    Second, the situation is outside our control at the moment. We cannot help customs holding up a shipment. You were also told this.

    Yes, my credit card was charged 14 days ago but since the radios haven't been shipped yet (which you advised and is fine) I can't give feedback yet.

    Orders are paid for at the time of the order. That's the way transactions work. You're also answering an automation after we communicated with you. -NCS

    14 days and no delivery

    Hard to review a product that only has a shipping label created 14 days ago.

    You ordered with the notification in the product description, and I personally emailed you as well.

    We are waiting on the shipment. When it gets here, your label is created and it'll go out. I can't make it go any faster.
